Forging & Steel
The blade is built around a refined T10 tool-steel core wrapped in a Damascus outer layer that carries the hamon. The T10 core supplies hardness and edge strength; the folded Damascus skin adds a multi-layered structure that contributes flexibility and the flowing grain that no stamped steel can fake. That core-and-jacket construction is what lets the sword hold a hard cutting edge while keeping the resilience to survive heavy use. Fittings
A hand-carved brass tsuba finished with gilded silver guards the hand and signals the grade. The saya is turned from solid wood imported from Brazil, dense and close-grained, and the tsuka is high-quality lacquered wood for a substantial, premium feel in the hand.
